I reopened this market for trading this morning. Given the uncertainties around the “test”, I think waiting until a clear determination has been made regarding the nuclear test (or non-test).

If it was an “unsuccessful” test (i.e. they tested and something screwed up) that would still count. If they test again before the end of the year, that would obviously count as well.
