How are new prices calculated after a trade?

We use an algorithm called the “Market Scoring Rule” invented by Professor Robin Hanson of George Mason University. Just do a search on market scoring rule in Google if you are interested in learning more and you’ll find his papers, etc. and others who have discussed the algorithms.
