I often get in to the office in the morning (european time) to find a bunch of New Market Alerts waiting in my inbox. I have interests in US politics, financial markets and some other things – but I know next to nothing about baseball, football or other US sports. It would help me (and save Inkling the bandwidth for those page loads) if the name of the market were included in the New Market Alert. I can then click through to the interesting ones and leave the US sports ones for other people (similarly, your US users can click through to the US sports ones and leave the rugby and cricket markets alone…)

Email is an inherently insecure medium. The same emails we use on our public site are also used for our corporate customers. Putting the names of the markets (questions being asked) could pose a confidentiality risk. Sounds overly protective, but people are already nervous about hosted applications in the first place so anything we can do to parlay those fears, we do…
