If you want to close your market at a certain date/time and your inkling server is in another timezone, it makes it difficult to recalculate the times each time; let alone remember to recalculate it…

At the minimum a Marketplace Manager should be able to define its default timezone.

After that, the profile of each user could contain a timezone setting as well.
